Bay Wash Terms of Use

When Visiting and using the facilities of Bay Wash, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules to ensure all customers have a pleasant experience.  

Welcome to Bay Wash and thanks for visiting. By using our facilities, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Visiting Bay Wash
We live by the rule of, "leave it as you would like to find it". Therefore we kindly ask our customers to respect the facility and tidy up after themselves. There are bins in situ & emptied regularly - please use them.

Communication

Everything works better when we communicate.

If you notice anything un-toward; A faulty machine, overflowing bins, empty detergent or anything you feel we should know about please do get in touch and we will strive to solve the situation as soon as possible.

The Machines

When using any one of our machines, you will get a text message to let you know when your washing will be ready. As we're sure you know, there's more interesting things to be doing than waiting for a washing machine to become available. So, for the sake of other users please be back in time to collect your Laundry.

Furthermore;

All of our washing machines and dryers are domestic-rated only, so please do not use them to wash:
- duvets, as the machines are not big enough to wash them properly.
- dog beds, horse rugs and other heavily-soiled articles.

REFUNDING CUSTOMERS AND LIMITATION ON OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of possessions caused while using Baywash' laundry machines. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your belongings at any time.

In the rare cases of Baywash' laundry machines damaging any of your wash, our maximum liability, and your sole remedy, whether such liability is in contract, negligence or delict, statute or otherwise at law is as follows.

You will be entitled to a refund of the price of the wash. To seek a refund, you may contact us by:

(i) writing to our Customer Service Department, Baywash, Unit 25 Glan Yr Afon Ind Est, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales, SY23 3JQ ;or

(ii) emailing Support@baywash.wales ;or

(iii) phoning 01970 634 440.

We will normally issue a full refund on a ‘no-quibble’ basis but reserve the right to ask you to send us evidence to support the claim. This is also to enable us to assess the alleged problems with the wash. 

Where you phone our support team, we may ask you to write in if we have any difficulty understanding you, so we can make sure the refund is issued correctly.

INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES

In no event will we have any liability whatsoever for any indirect or consequential loss incurred by you or anyone for whom you may be acting, howsoever that loss may be caused (including without limitation, our negligence or other breach of duty) and regardless of whether we have or are deemed to have any knowledge of any potential loss.
